I'm sorry I've been a bit quiet of late, we're moving house.
Going from a newish and large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living area home in semi-suburbia to a little 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, no dishwasher!! house in the country. 'No dishwasher' just reverbs around my head!
I'm looking forward to less cleaning and less mess (surely a smaller house will not attract as much clutter as a large house, no?), a simpler lifestyle and a lovely backyard for the kids. And a trampoline.
I'll miss our neighbours like crazy, we have the best neighbourhood. But we'll be back in a couple of years when Nick is posted back to town again.
Wow! Good luck with the move! Was lovely to see you at Niche - sorry to rabbit on - I seem to have been prone to that the larger my belly gets!!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the move Tam.....hope it works out OK. I've done it both ways and I'd much rather be in the country! The children will love it - they'll be able to have rabbits, and chooks, and puppies and lambs and ponies and.........see you Saturday xxxx
