A very important-looking envelope arrived by Registered Mail today... from Launceston City Council.
Development Application approved. YES! Whoo-hoo!
One annoying condition, that we have to reapply again in two years. Can't have it all our way, especially with LCC.
Watch this space as negotiations continue for a fantastic new venue...
